German manufactured, Casco helmets are world beaters. We know the blurb always says that, but this is the make of helmet chosen by Sir Chris Hoy and Victoria Pendleton, so we'll assume that they were more than a little picky in choosing their lids.
Whilst the Warp II might be a bit nichey (I'm not in that much of a hurry to cycle to work), the rest of their somewhat more practical range has a similar high attention to detail. Lot's of kids, MTB and road lids, but the other stand out is the Viper MX.
A seriously unique piece of kit.
First, the integrated roll bar (like you'd find in your car), and shock absorbing shell make this one of the strongest helmets around. Second, you can buy a removable chin guard meaning you have effectively two helmets in one. A super strong, well ventilated XC lid, twinned with a competition ready DH/freeride helmet.
