When the headline reads:
'Knight on a shining bicycle': Boris Johnson saves film-maker from girl gang attack
You know it's likely to be a good 'un.
Short story: Franny Armstrong, the director of the 'Age of Stupid' was walking down a street when several iron bar wielding 12 years olds threatened her. Just when things are looking hairy, who should cycle past but Johnson. He chases the 'oiks' off on his ever present bicycle and walks Armstrong home.
What a great story. Now all we need is for Johnson to enact some of his promises about bike thieves (something about Sharia law...), get the bike hire scheme off the ground and we'll be satisfied.
