Cycling in the city

Bikes in London look all the more likely as it’s become apparent how popular the large scale bike hire in Paris has made the Parisian Mayor Bertrand Delanoë. The upcoming London mayor election could make Ken Livingstone, who’s visited Paris to see the Velib scheme twice, all the more ready to role it out on a large scale (80,000 bikes) across our congested capital. Which is all well and good but anyone can see the real way to people’s hearts is to get on the bike and ride it, a la Cllr Gwyn Roberts, during the Tredz Downtown Race…
