The value of free delivery

We could not word it more clearly ourselves:

I came to your website by deciding on which helmet I was interested in and searching on Froogle. You came up cheapest and the rest, as they say, is history. Overall, I thought the site was pretty good. Navigation was easy and range was interesting.

Biggest selling point has to be free delivery, though. I am sure a lot of people get put off sites when they find their item a pound cheaper than somewhere else and then discover it'll cost £4-5 for delivery. From my point of view, if I know somewhere is free delivery, I'll make a point of checking them next time.
